eg+ Worldwide: Client Director (Maternity Cover)
06/23 - 08/24 Running a team of up to 5 people (4x SAMs, 1xAD) to deliver all of Expedia Group’s localisation and versioning requirements.
Working closely with the various client teams, including Expedia Partnerships, Expedia B2B, Brand Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo, I developed strong relationships across the board and ensured the delivery of diverse projects on time and on budget.
During my time at eg+, the business model changed to include a wider Omnicom group of agencies, to offer Expedia a one-stop-shop to deliver all their advertising, marketing, media planning and PR requirements. I have led the eg+ team to integrate with the other agencies to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
With budgets of over £2m, we are a busy team, working on multiple projects at any one time across print, press, Moving Image and digital, including programmatic.
As well as ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects, managing the team has included running their appraisals and creating Personal Development Programmes for the team, who have all become ready to step up to the next level, under my management.

Managing a diverse team, ranging from Account Execs to Senior Account Directors to create award-winning work for some of the world's best loved beer brands. draftLine is the internal agency at ABInbev, and I work closely with the various brand marketing managers and directors to understand the challenges each brand is facing, their brand ambitions and how draftLine can help them achieve the best results. Managing various external agencies to deliver on the brand campaigns. Working with the brands to develop their 1YPs, to ensure the correct resource is available to fulfil the plans.
The Croc: Business Director
08/2021 – 10/2021
Business Director working on Cisco Meraki and Cisco Systems for a forward-thinking B2B agency that brings B2C thinking to the sector. Also involved in identifying opportunities with other clients, seeing where The Croc is able to add value or find ways into other departments through the current contacts. Unfortunately, due to changes on the Cisco client, the role I was hired for is no longer viable.
WealthiHer Network: Marketing, Communications & Events Director
02/2020 – 07/2021
Working on the WealthiHer Network initiative, developing the relationships with the C-Suite Partners (FTSE100 Financial Services, Legal & Insurance companies) to better understand where WealthiHer can effect change within their businesses and creating strategic plans for content as a result. Working with the PR and social teams to create content for the Network, to establish us as thought-leaders in the sector and engaging with the wider Network audience. During the pandemic, have taken events online, running hackathons and partner events as well as the flagship events for WealthiHer Network, over two days with multiple big-name speakers and catering to audiences from Financial Services, Entrepreneurs and women wanting to increase their financial knowledge. McCann Enterprise: Senior Account Director
06/2018 – 12/2019
Working on the first global brand campaign for a large international company, developing a brand voice and look & feel to create differentiation, targeting specific audiences across numerous sectors to create influencers. We are the lead agency, working with sister agencies in digital and media, so I am responsible for coordinating and managing the in- and out-puts from all agencies. This is a very strategic account, so gives me the opportunity to flex those muscles, as well as running the internal development and delivery of the campaign. I also manage an Account Manager and a PM. Media includes a global plan as well as 10 country-specific plans, so organizing the delivery of these, in 7 different languages, is no mean feat. Channels are AV, Digital, Social, Print & OOH.
BBH/IAG Cargo: Contract Senior Account Director
11/2017 – 04/2018
Working at IAG Cargo (Logistics), I was instrumental in launching a brand refresh and a huge internal and external communications plan, with the IAG Marketing Team. I quickly built up an understanding of the business and how the brand refresh would impact it both internally and with customers and developed the internal launch and communications strategy. I also wrote the communications themselves and assisted in planning launch events globally. I also worked closely with the C-Suite team to define what the new business proposition meant for the business and for everyone working within it, and devised an initial engagement strategy to get the business acting in the desired ways.

Saatchi Masius: Senior Account Director
03/2015 – 07/2016
Running a team of 4 to deliver the Heathrow Expansion campaign to both political and public audiences. I worked (part-time) at the Heathrow Marketing offices in order to facilitate this, and consulted with senior consultants to deconstruct the complex arguments for expansion and rewriting them to be consumer friendly. I also managed the Heathrow Retail campaigns for Summer and Christmas, fulfilling a huge and varied media plan. The results of which saw a 27% increase in spending on airport.
Working with City Index to relaunch them into the spread betting market place after an absence of 4 years. Building on the known branding, but injecting personality into the advertising and making them more consumer friendly. Spread betting is a complicated business to the uninitiated and we had to distil the potential benefits of spread betting into pithy headlines in order to capture attention. The campaign was primarily digital, with targeted, tactical press insertions. This campaign resulted in a 30% uplift of new users of City Index during the campaign time.
M&C Saatchi: Freelance Senior Account Director
04/2014 – 10/2014
Working on a new direction and sector-defying campaign for Blue Cross Animal Charity, delivering a TV campaign and ensuring that this would translate into direct media, an extremely important channel for Blue Cross. We developed internal communications to ensure that the staff understood the campaign and how it would affect the Centres’ written communications and how they present the animals to be rehomed. I also worked with TfL executives to progress campaigns such as Night Tube, and on NatWest to deliver multiple digital campaigns.
Enter (now George and Dragon): Freelance Senior Account Director

Running two pitches concurrently, and leading the post-pitch work on Freedrinks’ launch of a new soft drink. We were the lead agency in a multi-agency team to deliver a 360⁰ campaign, so I managed all of those relationships, ensuring that they understood the brand, the objectives and how it should be presented to retailers and consumers. Leading the cross-agency account team for the award-winning More Than Freeman campaign, the biggest budget campaign that More Than Insurance had ever run, and the biggest the agency had been tasked with for 3 years. Leading the multi-agency team to deliver a 360⁰ communications toolkit. Working with 19 different stakeholders within More Than, most of whom were only interested in how the campaign would help them meet their targets. As well as coordinating the cross-partnership team, I worked closely with the media and PR agencies to ensure their strategies fit with the overall strategy.
